What is the best cruiser skateboard?

I am around 50kgs and i have never owned a sk8board b4... i have tried my friends sk8boards and im not all that bad... i was thinking of getting the "Globe Dart 30" cruiser" is that a good board for a beginner or should i keep looking?? my budget is 0 - 200 dollars :D Thx
