Yes, it definitely fit your needs ! If you're using MacBook for the first time, you'll be surprised how easy it is to do your daily stuffs like browsing and typing. You'll never want to use any other laptops other than your Macbook ! However, I do not recommend Macbook for games because it's not the best machine for gaming.
